We ask that you please notify me as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hour window before you appointment, you may be charged 20% of your scheduled appointment. You will need to notify me through text at (818)610-9259 or reschedule through Gloss Genius if your appointment is still more than 24 hours away from your scheduled appointment time. Failure to pay last minute cancelation fee will result in future appointment bookings being prohibited. Please be mindful when you no-show, arrive late, or failure to cancel appointments in advance, it prevents us from filling that appointment slot and denies other clients the opportunity to receive services.
